Torture Tuesday - Margin of Error

Well now this is a new band overall, but their sound gives off a presence that far exceeds their reputation. It is comprised of Vo1d and Trav15. Not much is known from this upstart band, but much can be expected from it. Their Dark Wave and Electronica sounds give an eerie tone to the listener. The Orgy sounding song of Physical Body Projection is just one song that can give a slight hint to who their artists of inspiration are. A band with this type of talent hasn’t been heard since the days of oGhr and rumor has it, since the days of Skinny Puppy. The band is a skew of Metal/Dark Wave/Electronica and is comprised very well. Margin Of Error’s song Frustration caught my ears immediately after the first tune blazed through my speakers. At this point I can say Combichrist was an influence as well. It shows and it couldn’t have been presented any better.
Trav15’s artwork only adds to the beginners feel and sex appeal, though he considers his art to be “Dangerous Artwork”. The stunning visuals on the upcoming cover for the CD, their official website, and promo work is comprised solely by Trav15. Being a Graphic Artist and long time lover for that which is different, Trav15, I tip my hat to you.
Margin of Error is summed up by the words for the artists:
Margin of Error
-Est. 2thousand2-
“Margin of Error is a creative canvas that we have chosen to display our thought pattern. Our conceptual continuity incorporates the three dimensions that we have proven most effective. The circles represent our sound, visuals and the reaction to them. Three provides the creativity needed in what we have coined “connecting the circle of medias.” We are succeeding in creating something unique and stimulating to many different human minds.”
The band plans to release their 1 hour of eargasmic pleasure album”Destroy. Create. Repeat.”, In the fall of 2007. A specific date has not been set but what has is they are coming out with this album whether they have a label backing or not.

Trav15T and Vo1d have opened a door on a kind of musical creation, that the world is only just beginning to prepare for. With their first self published album, and online remix tracks, they are only slightly showing the fans and on-lookers, what is possible, and what is to come.
They are very intelligent people, making a new kind of more intelligent industiral music. All of wich, are very very appealing to me!

Rock on mate. I totally agree. Sorry for the lag in response time. ISP has been giving me problems.
If I find anymore on Trav15 and Vo1d, I’ll be sure to post it here and get in personal touch with you.
Thanks for the comment and I hope to see you around the site more often!
Take care mate.

Travis and Void have graced the world with a new breed of artistic expression. Calling their art “music” would be an insult. These master-minds have bred a provocative cesspool of light, thought and sound.
Open your minds and be carried to unreal dimensions.

Too bad I haven’t been able to pre-order it. I would love to listen to the full album now but I suppose waiting isn’t so bad either.
Always gives you something to look forward to.
Thanks for the comments Phire, BoyOfTheEnders, and Ken.
I agree with the statement that they have brought something new to the music industry and look forward to seeing what more they have to offer and most importantly, what they can do as a result.
Rock on mates.

RAWR!
Feels like christmas waiting for this CD to come out! When it does, I’m working on getting it into the Industrial Addiction Store. I’ll let everyone know what’s going on with that as well.

I’m saying the anticipation from waiting for this CD to come out reminds or “feels” like Christmas.
Industrial Addiction has a CD store (you can find it under the Blog Roll Category) and I’ll be working on getting Destroy.Create.Repeat in stock.
