Industrial Addiction

Neuroticfish, Wave Gothic Treffen, and Sascha’s Depart

by Ambient Decay on May 15th, 2008

On May 16th, Neuroticfish saw to the final release for  in the music shops worldwide. After 10 years, mastermind Sascha Mario Klein released ‘A Greater Good‘ which unites all tracks that have reigned the clubs globally including such hits as M.F.A.P.L., Skin, Velocity, Prostitute and, The bomb. This ‘best of’ also includes one brand new track, Can’t Stop The Riot.

Audio previews are available at neuroticfish’s myspace for free. Neuroticfish will officially cease to exist after the band’s performance at the 2008 edition of the Wave Gothic Treffen festival in Leipzig, Germany in May. That is a sad note that I have to say to all industrial lovers world wide.

Personally, Neuroticfish, was one of the bands that was fuel for me to get into industrial more and more heavily. I’m sad to see them depart the genre, but all good things must come to an end. Sascha has been blowing up the scene for years on end now, so I understand why the band is taking a step down. I can only wish and hope that another band will be able to reach the stellar spot that everyone who has listened to Neuroticfish has come to enjoy.
