6 Speaker Wednesday

I MISSED THE CLUB. Gar. Normally Tuesday nights are derived of waking up to my roommate kicking the side of my bed till I wake up screaming “Tuesday. Club. GET DRESSED!”
Now I do not mean to make him sound like a Neanderthal since he is very intelligent (he has to be after all because he hangs around me, pfftshaw), but it’s always easier to yell short sentences then trying to yell “GET UP I just got home and we need to go to (insert random store here) before we go to the club and you need to get dressed, shower, and whatever else..”
See. Much harder, Ehrm. I hate going to the clubs solo and he was out doing his thing. So the result was a night spent looking up new music and wondering what the heck I missed at the club. It’s not a top notch club, but hey, having Synth-Pop, EBM, Industrial, Dark Wave (occasionally), Electronica, and Techno blast through 6 speakers and not have cops called, is always a good activity to go to.
Hopefully next week I will bring back some better news about the club while actually being there.
If not, I’m jacking some old grandma and taking her not matter how many “canings” are given out during the 12 minute drive from my apartment to the club.

Well it looks like im going to have to start setting my travel around you for a bit. Maybe head out to the club with you once. I love the site though, you have no idea how long i’ve been looking for something like this. Thanks for making it real.
On a foolish note, I spent about 15 minutes trying to figure out your meaning behind this passage.

It was the “canings” that got to me. I went as far as bringing up a dictionary before I realized what you were saying. I’ve never felt so dumb before. ^_^

Haha. Well kudos mate to looking up the word. Most wouldn’t have. That just goes to prove that those who truly do love music will go above and beyond in not only the quest to find out what the author or singer is trying to say, but for knowledge in general.
